BOOKINGS will be accepted upon receipt of a deposit fee of 10% of the total amount ( minimum is  $ 150,- US)  per person. This can be made via bank draft or electronic transfer. Note: all bank transaction fees are at your expenses !

PAYMENTS  The total amount of the tour is payable at least 30 days prior to tour departure.

CANCELLATION Cancellation of tour by the client until 30 days prior, loss of deposit. Cancellation of tour by the client from 29 days to 15 days prior, loss of 50% . No refund of the total amount if notified less than 14 days prior to trip.

INSURANCE All motorcycles are insured. A damage deposit of $ 1.000,-US is required at time of arrival, fully refundable of the return of the motorcycle undamaged. Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) can be used.

RESPONSIBILITY All participants are required to sign a standard release of liability agreement as well as rental agreement, stating responsibility for the motorcycle. Maya Moto Tours accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or cost whatsoever caused directly/or indirectly by, or as a result of the tour, to any rider, participant, third party and/or property.

REQUIREMENTS  Participants should be in good physical condition as well as arrive with an attitude of flexibility and willingness to be part of a team. Riders should have some dirt road riding experience, fully licensed and 25 years and older.

MINIMUM  of 4 paying riders is required for the tour to go as scheduled.

ALTERATIONS  Maya Moto Tours reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary or arrangements, if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the comfort and well being of the participants.
